Desperately Seeking Pudsey – Children In Need

BBC Midlands Today presenter Nick Owen has been seeking the ever-so-elusive Pudsey Bear all over Birmingham City centre and BBC Birmingham cameras captured the great bear hunt in a short video montage.

As Nick hunts high and low to the sounds of Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Pudsey can be seen taking in the city sights wandering around the Library of Birmingham, Victoria Square, Brindleyplace, Villa Park and Grand Central.

Running into Mr Khan, Daleks, Mrs Tembe (Lorna Laidlaw) and Jimmi Clay (Adrian Lewis Morgan) along the way it’s a great showcase for Birmingham and celebrates the fantastic total raised this year for the charity.

As those that took one of the Birmingham TV & Film Location walking tours, run in conjunction with Film Birmingham, will be aware the tours have also been raising funds for Children in Need this year by operating as a free event with a suggested donation to the charity. The total raised from the generous donations from all tours in 2015 was £254.

Huge thanks to all that donated to the tour fund raising and an even bigger thank you to everyone that helped this years Children in Need raise a record breaking total.
